Mount Everest Challenge Remote

Do you want to reach the summit of success with your team? With the Mount Everest Challenge it is now possible to experience the ascend of the mountain as an interactive and virtual team game.

And this is how it works: In a short briefing, your employees receive the most important information about the upcoming ascent from experienced mountain guides. After the teams are distributed to the breakout rooms, they try to overcome the Khumbu icefall, set up camps or build a suspension bridge in the Western Cwm during a six-day expedition and with the help of our user-friendly web app. They always have to keep an eye on the weather forecast, oxygen consumption and their route planning. Role allocation is also an important factor for effective teamwork, because just like in real life, teamwork is central for reaching the summit of success. Throughout the activity, teams can see the live scores of the other teams and thus adjust their strategy. Can the ascent still succeed? The tension is rising!

With state-of-the-art technology to the summit: In order to be able to conduct this team experience authentically and professionally, we have acquired a streaming studio with a green screen and modern technology. Because quality and a unique experience are our top priorities.

  • Event preparations: consulting, timing and scheduling
  • Event implementation: fully managed event with experienced and motivated Event Manager (introduction, team division, moderation, support, showdown with award ceremony)
  • Team equipment: each participant must have a laptop/computer with webcam
